I ran with Rachel and Kaylee today. We ran 6 miles and picked up the pace for 1 of the miles. I stayed with them throughout the entire run, besides when we got to the top of the hill on the way back I got really light headed and dizzy and had to stop for about 10 seconds. Rachel stopped with me and then we caught up to Kaylee again and ran in sprinklers!! It felt pretty dandy!
I ran with our team 3 miles in the heat. It pretty much sucked, but I got more energy in the end and finished it out strong. | |
| | Ran right behind Rachel up the first hill. I lost her a little bit on the second one, but I still did pretty good. I didn't walk very much, and when I did I only walked for about 20 seconds. And then on the way back I ran with Coach and Megan. It felt extremely great! | |

I ran 3 miles on the grass and a mile of striders with Coach Roberts. Then I ran with the little kids for both of the 800's and the mile. Today felt amazing! |

| | I ran four easy miles with my little brothers. First 2 miles with Seth, then the last 2 with Josh. |

Today felt great! I had plenty of energy so I was able to do pretty good with the hills. Ran out to the hills, did 3 30 seconds, and 4 one min. hills and then came back.

I got around 4 min. for my first 1000, then 4:06, 4:00, 3:53. 1.5 mile warm up and cool down. I think I did pretty good, I really like morning practices! I can push myself harder and it feels a ton better.
I was way tired all day so my afternoon practice didn't feel very good. But I stayed with the team on the way there, then Rach and I ran back by ourselves. We did 3 miles with a half mile warm up.

I was way tired today, So I just ran by myself right as I came home from school. I did a little bit more then 5 miles with tempo for about 2 miles.

5 one thousands this morning. I think I did pretty good, but I need to work on not killing it so hard on my third one. I didn't do very good on my last one because I was so tired. But I did a lot better then I usually do! Rachel and Coach Roberts did a good job of pushing me & making me stay with them. 1.5 mile warm up, and 1 mile cool down.

We went 6 miles on State course today. It was a pretty good workout. We did 8 two hundreds, and two 4 min. tempo. Afterwards we ran 3 miles as a cool down to the JV meet. I don't know why I did so bad on my race yesterday and so bad on my workout today, but hopefully that'll change soon. | |
