I missed out on xc this morning because my ride slept in, but I still did my workout. I ran 3 miles on the grass at the 2450 East park, and then went over to Foremaster and ran four 1 minute hills, and five 30 second hills. I felt way good! I went a pretty sweet pace, and killed the last one for both of 'em. | |

8 mile run with 2.5 miles tempo. I didn't run a very good tempo, but I went as fast as I could at the time. Liz and I ran together, and we started closing the gap between Taylor, Coach and us, but we finished before we could catch up completely. But it was a pretty good run!

| | We wern't positive what our milage was supposed to add up to, but we guessed around 5. We went down to Hells hole and ran four 1 minute miles, and six 30 second miles. Kaelie and I led the pack of girls, and we made it to where we usually do so we kept a pretty good pace. We pushed pretty hard on the way back, but did have to stop for a little bit. Afterwards some of us girls cramed into Megans car and rode over to the Rec Center to get water and stretch. We did synchronized stretching while watching synchronized swimming for the olympics(: All in all it was a pretty good day! |

Today felt SO amazing!! Megan, Stoner and I ran down to Target and did half a mile tempo 4 times. With a pretty good jog inbetween. I stuck with Stoner the whole time! She was probably just going a little slow for me, but I still stuck with her! haha(: |

SUU (3 Miles) 00:22:12, Place overall: 30, Place in age division: 6 | | Ran a 2 mile warmup and then raced. I didn't do good today, but I tried the best I could at the time. I'm not starting out fast enough which puts me running with the wrong group of girls during the race. But I picked it up and started passing them all by the 2nd lap. The last lap I had a good sprint that put me right behind Aubrey, but it wasn't good enough to make up for the bad running all the way through it. I think one of my problems is not getting enough sleep. I came home and slept for 6 hours 'cause I was so tired. So I need to get to bed earlier! | |
| | I really have no idea how far we ended up going today, but it was around 8.5! We did five 1000s. I did pretty good with them! I was able to push myself to the dry heaving point by the 2nd one. It kinda kills to walk/run right now. My hip is acting up again..but it was a pretty great day! In the afternoon we only went 3 and it felt great!(: ...oh...also weights and plios. | |

I was able to stick with the top 3 girls. and then for the 400's we went a harder pace and seperated out more, but I was still able to close the gap between the top girls and us. 3 in the morning with four 200's. I did way good with the 200's! Mia, Jp, and Stoner wern't there so I lead the pack. I ran all of them as hard as I could. I treated each of them as if it was the last one I was doing.
7 in the evening with 30 minutes of tempo. I went with Aubrey and Kaelie. We did great! Kept to the tune of "here comes Santa Clause" and we had tons of fun(: It felt way nice.
Randomly in the night I ran a few miles because of our runathon! It was tons of fun! I ended up only doing 5 miles, but with everything else I did it totalled up to a little more than 16 miles! | |

This morning we did michigans. I did pretty good. I pushed myself as hard as I could, I even dry-heaved at the end(: The cool down hurt pretty bad, because of my hip. I guess after my workouts my hip likes to act up a lot.
This afternoon I couldn't make it out of our parking lot before having to stop because I hurt so bad. I could barely walk all day long, hopefully I'll be better by tomorrow. |

Michigans this morning...I think I did pretty good. I did better than last time, and I was only about 30 seconds off from A standard. Next time I will get it! We did them on the track (17 laps) because a power line was out on our loop so we couldn't go over there. But I really pushed myself, and feel like I did the best I could.
3 miles in the afternoon. It was tough because of the mornings workout, but I was able to stick with the front girls and have a fun run. Afterwards we did two 400's with a 400 in between as a cool down. So thats another mile. And we did weights...so it was a pretty hard day! and I think I have every rock on that track memorized. | |

| | I didn't have time to run with the team, so i went by myself up to the high school and did 1 mile warmup, 1 mile hard, four 200's, and then ran back home (2 miles) because I was hurting really bad. The person that had wrapped my leg did it wrong so it killed to run. So I just ran as much as I could stand. |

I didn't do good today at all! I was able to do the warm up, (thankfully), the first mile in a time of 6:34, and then the first lap of the 2nd mile but I was hurting so bad that I had to stop after that. My hip usually goes numb after about 200 meters, but it wouldn't stop hurting so I gave in and stopped. The exact same thing happened with the thousand. I finished the first lap but thats it. I completed the 400. Didn't do the best, but did complete it. And then I did all the 200's (4 of them). I didn't go very fast, but I went as fast as the pain would let me. |
