3 in the morning. Five 1000's in the afternoon. i love my sister... also running is great... also those 1000's were fun... my leg hurts and i"ll prolly amputate it , but first I must finish the season... in 3 months (: yay for pain! i want rain... i miss rain. you know I've always wante d to be kissed in the rain. that is all. goodbye.

Anyway 3 in the morning with five 1000's in the afternon. It hurt pretty bad but I finished all of them! I was pretty sure I wasn't going to finish the 5th one 'cause it kinda killed to walk, but I did it and I finished right behind Mia! Now I'm ready for an easy 3 tomorrow morning!(:

I didn't run in the morning because I was getting my hip x-rayed, but I ran 3 in the afternoon with four hill sprint things, and four 100's.

Didn't run in the morning because my ride didn't wake up, but I ran 3 in the afternoon with striders. I did pretty bad with the sprints. I keep trying to push myself harder, but it feels like the few day break I had pulled me back from being able to sprint as good as i was able to.

This morning we did michigans. I did pretty good. I pushed myself as hard as I could, I even dry-heaved at the end(: The cool down hurt pretty bad, because of my hip. I guess after my workouts my hip likes to act up a lot.

This afternoon I couldn't make it out of our parking lot before having to stop because I hurt so bad. I could barely walk all day long, hopefully I'll be better by tomorrow.

1 mile warm-up and cool down, four 30 seconds hard, three 800's, and two 1000's. I'm really stressing out about how I am doing right now. I really am trying to get back into things, and get up to my old pace. I don't know whats up, but I will try harder.

Michigans this morning...I think I did pretty good. I did better than last time, and I was only about 30 seconds off from A standard. Next time I will get it! We did them on the track (17 laps) because a power line was out on our loop so we couldn't go over there. But I really pushed myself, and feel like I did the best I could.

3 miles in the afternoon. It was tough because of the mornings workout, but I was able to stick with the front girls and have a fun run. Afterwards we did two 400's with a 400 in between as a cool down. So thats another mile. And we did weights...so it was a pretty hard day! and I think I have every rock on that track memorized.
