We went 6 miles on State course today. It was a pretty good workout. We did 8 two hundreds, and two 4 min. tempo. Afterwards we ran 3 miles as a cool down to the JV meet. I don't know why I did so bad on my race yesterday and so bad on my workout today, but hopefully that'll change soon. | Comments(2) |
