(3 Miles) 00:20:13 | | Todays race was the best!! It was the first time I got a PR since Freshman year, and I pushed so hard the entire time! I feel great, my hip and shins both don't hurt, and I'm ready to kick butt in region!

| | Mile warm up, cool down, and 2 thousands as hard as I could go. I got a 3:52 for my first one, and a 4:05 for my 2nd one. My fastest time for these have been 4:05, so they were both pretty good, I should've gone faster for the 2nd one, but I still got better times then I thought I would.

Snow Canyon (3 Miles) 00:20:11 | | 2 second PR this race! Wanted to break 20, but I'm glad I at least got a pr. Lead the pack for the first 2 miles, on the hill I almost lost it. But that was my turning point. After I made it up that hill I just held on as long as I could. But over all I feel pretty good about this race!

| | 1 mile warm-up on our way to Arctic Circle, hit up 1.5 miles of tempo and felt pretty great. Then for the first time I did the 200 meter sprint things. They hurt a lot more than I thought they would, but felt super great afterwards. Still bruised up around the hips from the last race, but I don't think it's slowing me down very much. I'm feeling pretty great, and excited for Region!

Bloomington Hills (3 Miles) 00:20:38 | | Region today! Did a 2 mile warm-up, and a mile cool-down. Felt super great about my race today!! Our team really came together and showed what we could do. I came in 2nd on our team, and felt like I really pushed hard the whole time. The last 400 meters or so, I let 2 Cedar girls pass me, but that's my only regret this race. Let's be honest, it was a great day(:

| | 1.5 warm-up and cool-down. One 1000 as hard as we could go. I got a 3:41, the fastest I've done it.

| | 1.5 warm-up and cool-down. and then a bunch of different distances that we just pushed as hard as we could. I think we had a 1200, 1000, 800, 600, and 400. As a team we had a super good pack the whole time, and took turns leading the way.

| | 1.5 warm & cool with four 400's in-between. Hit the times 1:21, 1:23, 1:27, and 1:22. This was my first run with my hip back in place so it hurt pretty bad, but I was able to hit ok times.

Bloomington Hills (3 Miles) 00:21:33, Place overall: 46, Place in age division: 3 | | Easy 3 in the morning around the mall again, and then went over to the State course for our run that afternoon. Did about a 2 mile warm-up, and then raced 3 miles. I feel like I did ok with my race, but I could've pushed a lot harder going around the pond both times. Other than that I think I did a pretty good job of not settling, and making sure I was always passing people. I had a super strong finish, and got a pr for this course. Came in 3rd on the team, and then did about 1 mile cool-down.

| | Ultimate Frisbee today! Figured out that I have no talent in that area whatsoever..but it was still fun, and we ended up bonding as a team really well!

| | Scavenger Hunt today. Pretty sure we would've won, but we didn't know we were supposed to turn in our paper with our results...so that kinda sucked. But we totally won.
