Went Boating with the Fam today, and tried to get a swim in for about 10 minutes

I'm getting back into running, so I didn't go very hard. Other than the heat, today was great!

I didn't want to get into the work outs yet with the team, so I did the mile warm up with them, and then ran around the track while they did there workout. I still feel great, no injurys yet && tomorrow I'll cross train!

Boating today. I didn't really get my own swim time in, but I did a ton of Wakeboarding, and tubing...and those both gave a great work out!

Did my first work out in a while today! 3 thousands. I was a little bit behind Kaelies group for the first one, with her for the 2nd one, and then with Liz and Roberts for the Last one. So I increased my speed. I feel pretty good! My hip was hurting at the beginning, but only a little bit and it didn't last long. annddd...now I'm going to do weights.

30 Minute bike ride tonight. I'm getting a lot better at the bike! I could've gone about 7 miles, but I had to go a little slower for my brothers so I only went 6. Kids club this morning, with all the relays and warm-ups/cool-downs I did about a mile(:

I'm guessing I ran around 4 miles today! 1.5 Mile warm-up, 1 mile cool-down, and then for the first time I did 30/30. I did around 23/24. It isn't too many, but I really had to push myself to be able to do that, so it was still hard for me. My hip started hurting on the warm-up, which sucks cuz i've been taking really good care of it. It stopped hurting as soon as I started the real stuff, but I'm afraid it'll come back even if I push through it a little..so I'm gonna cross train the rest of the week & hope for the best.

I didn't go as far on my bike today as usual because I'm super sore, but I rode to weights and did that. 4 Miles on the bike. Still kept a fast pace, and am improving!

I didn't get a chance to run with the team this morning because of babysitting, so I did the afternoon run & weights. It was freakin hot, but felt fantastic!

30 Minute bike ride. Warmed up with the team, did stretches, and then helped with kids club.

I ran 2 miles by myself in the afternoon today. I wasn't feeling very good, so I didn't want to run with the team and then have some of them wait for me, so I just went my own speed with how I felt. And then afterwards we did weights.

I'm guessing the run was around 5 miles today. We did 5 thousands on the dirt course. My times for the first ones were a little too fast, they were 5:05, and 5:03. I slowed it down for the last 3. Then started hitting around 5:30 for those. Felt pretty good up till the last 2 when I needed to puke. But other than that it was fantastic! And then weights later today.

At kids club today I led a couple of the races and that was a killer work out!! But I got a little run in, so it works(:

Today was cross training, so I went swimming with my family for a couple hours. I'm getting to be a better swimmer every time I go!

3 Mile afternoon run today with the team, and then party at coaches place. I was close to death, but of course, Roberts, being the kind old man he is, kept me in the conversation so I had to keep up with them, and I made it through the run.

Went out to the Pine View park for our run today. I felt really good! I was the only one that went 5 miles, so I ran the way back by myself. But i did a pretty good tempo, and kept a good pace.
