I didn't want to start out going too hard on my first day back, so I went on an easy 2 to Arctic circle. Being able to breathe was the only hard part, other than that I felt great! Nothing hurts.

Another easy 2. I was hurting from Yesterday a little bit, so I'll take it easy tomorrow and get out again on Thursday.

Today I took it easy and went rollerblading. Went to the skate park for a few hours, and had a blast there. Worked muscles right around my hip-ish. So this might be part of cross training in the future if i can still walk tomorrow!

Went to the skate park again today. I was planning on going for a run also but after I woke up from a nap I couldn't lift my legs with out manually pulling on them. Maybe I worked them a little too much..

Today felt way good! My running finally clicked, and I was able to do it with out feeling like dying. Did it in about 25 minutes, around where i should be for an easy run.

Today felt really good again, I can feel something being pulled around on my hip so tomorrows recovery will be nice. Got some weights in this morning, moved around a bunch of 20 pound boxes for about an hour, and went to the skate park for a while. So I say I got a good work out in!

Todays run felt really good. I made Jake come with me for 3 of the miles, and then decided to go an extra one after. Went about an 8 minute mile pace, and just took it easy and had fun.
