2 Mile warm up, and a 1 mile race. I felt fine during the race, just didn't seem to have the energy I needed to finish the last lap strong, or I could've broke 6. Cooled down about half a mile ish, and then later raced a 400. I got a 1:10 for that, so it's not the best time, but i raced the best I could. I gave it everything I had, I'm just not built as a sprinter. But it was fun to try out something new!
