| | 1.5 warm with two thousands today. The top of my foot was being weird and hurting, so I stopped after the 2nd one, and then jumped in for a lap to help push the girls on their last one. 1.5 cool.

| | For the most part this run was pretty fun. Half way up the mountain it kind of sucked, but after we got to the top then it was worth it. Mia and I ran this together, and we just had a good run with perfect weather. My back hurt a little bit after, but nothing to mess with my running.

| | I was a little late to practice, so I only got a mile warm up in and then jumped right into 400's. Did twelve of them, and my average time would've been around 1:26-1:27ish. I hit a pretty consistant pace, and was able to push the last one pretty hard. After we got towards the last few my back just started killing me. Every step brought a stab of pain through my back. But I finished the work out, so i'm glad I was able to do that since I only did 5 last time. Finished with 1 mile as a cool down. I felt like I was gonna die after that, so I just stuck with the 1 mile.

| | Easy 4, and four striders. I'm starting to do half of the striders and half of the 200's just to test my hip, and in a couple weeks if my hip holds i'll move into doing all of it. I felt fine during it. A little bit of pain later, but nothing that'll mess me up.

| | Took a hard 5 miles today. It was just a little bit slower than my race pace, and I felt soo good! Lately I haven't felt like running very much, and after the track meet I think I finally got my motivation back. I'm excited to get back out and start doing work outs with the girls again. The only problem on this run was the top of my left foot again. It never fully got better, but now it's really just starting to bug me. So i've gotta get that checked out, but other than that I hope I can get back into things and start racing soon!
