1 Mile warm up, with a 800 race. I think I got around a 2:35/36. But I'm not positive! It was a PR though. Felt pretty good, maybe I can pick up my first lap a little bit more. I felt like I really did push the first lap pretty hard, and then just got everything out the 2nd lap. But I wasn't puking, so I can go faster. I just gotta figure out where if i wanna start doing 800's.
