1 Mile warm up with a 400 race. I got a 1:06.88. So a PR by about .12. But hey, it's still a PR!(: Did a little cool-down, and then after I got home I ran about 2 more miles to completely relax. I felt alright about this race. I really think I did push as hard as I could, I just don't have enough speed in me. The last 100 meters I got pretty dizzy and started blacking out. Especially after I finished my head was pounding really hard and I kept having black outs. So I'll focus on hydration, but other than that I gave everything into that race.
