1.5 Mile warm and cool with 4 thousands and 2 300's. I didn't hit my best times, but I felt like I was pushing pretty hard through them. I got like a 4:09, 4:20 (i don't know what happened there), a 4:10, and then 4:11. I think one of my problems was just that i was dehydrated. For a few of them I felt like I was gonna hit the ground after I finished, but i didn't! 300's were pretty good though. I got a good push in, and finished with like a 1:01 for the first one, then a :54 for the second one. Which may not seem like the greatest, but after that work out I felt like I had just conquered the world.
